Our Mums only classes are specifically designed to:

– Connect with the breath, core muscles, pelvic floor, and movement

– Build strength and stability after having kids

– Slow down and calm the mind

And… these classes are safe for postnatal Mums!

Classes are safe and active, yet calming and supportive and we focus on Woman’s health and having a functional core and pelvic floor.
