Empowering, nurturing Prenatal yoga classes for pregnant women and new mums. Learn great birthing skills, mindfulness, Active Birth Positions, and safe yoga in the friendly prenatal yoga classes. As a new mother the Mums and Bubs Yoga classes will provide a safe and supportive place to practice appropriate yoga, baby songs and massage and connect with other new mothers.
Active Birth Workshops support the partner in being an integral and important part of labour and birth and to understand the vital elements of aiming for a natural birth

    Q Can I attend the prenatal yoga classes as a beginner?

    Absolutely! The yoga postures are suitable for all levels of yoga, with different options offered during the class. If you are experiencing any pelvic pain or other pregnancy -related problems you will be offered alternative, safe options.

    Q Up until what week of pregnancy can I attend the classes?

    You are welcome to join classes any time from 12 weeks of pregnancy. If you are experiencing any pain or medical conditions please check with your doctor or midwife before attending

    Q At what stage of pregnancy can I begin yoga?

    You can begin any time after their first trimester (12 weeks)
