Q When in my pregnancy can I join Prenatal Yoga?

The best time to start is after the first trimester unless you've been practicing yoga for some time and cleared by your doctor.

Q When after giving birth can I join Mums and Bubs Yoga?

Your body needs rest and recovery after the birth of your beautiful baby so ideally after your 6 week check and cleared by your doctor.
