Kate from Holding Mum is a Postpartum Doula focusing on the overall wellbeing and support of the Mother during this time.
The first 40 days can have a huge impact on long term health and the right postpartum support can assist in avoiding depletion and maternal mental/physical health issues. Kate’s warm support acts as another set of hands/eyes and ears for Mum.
