Kylee is an experienced personal trainer and group fitness instructor who specialises in postnatal assessment, core restoration, and functional exercise programming for postnatal recovery and healing.  

Kylee developed her passion for postnatal health and recovery while working in the fitness industry where there is often a lack of support and education on how new mothers restore strength and function to their postnatal bodies.
