These are a great way to prepare yourself for the early days of breastfeeding with a new baby. We discuss what to expect during pregnancy, the first feed, the first few weeks and months. We also discuss common challenges and offer you some tools and hints, We also discuss any concerns you may have and personalise it to meet your needs

These can be done 1:1 in the comfort of your home with or without your support person
You are also welcome to organise a small group of friends/ family members who are also expecting a baby and do the course together in your home
Also on offer throughout the year are small group classes at venues TBA. You can add your name to a wait list and will be contacted when they are running in your area

We run through the basics of breastfeeding plus talk through what you experienced in your previous breastfeeding journey. We can discuss any challenges you may have experienced and discuss if there is anything that can be done differently to improve your breastfeeding journey this time
