Our prenatal class for expectant mummas.

An opportunity to connect, move and be present in the pregnancy journey and experience. Ideal for exploring a sense of surrender and strength, tapping into each expectant mother’s subconscious wisdom. Connecting with other women, this class offers a nourishing and therapeutic space to cultivate community and confidence. 

Tuesday evenings – 6.45pm – 8pm – Kind Canberra

Q Do I require previous yoga experience?

No. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this class is designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy - physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Q Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No, all props, including yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. Unless you would prefer to bring your own.

Q Who will be teaching the class?

Jenny Watson is an experienced, fully qualified and deeply caring teacher, who brings so much calm, knowledge, and kindness into the room. She is wonderful at creating a supportive, grounding space for you to move, breathe, rest and connect with you changing body and growing baby.
