Q When can I start Kangatraining classes?

As soon as you get clearance from your treating medical officer (GP, obstetrician, physiotherapist) and are 6 weeks postpartum for a vaginal birth and 12 weeks postpartum for a c-section birth.

Q Where are classes held?

Classes are held at Playground Training studios in Hackett and Tuggeranong Arts Centre

Q What do I need to bring?

Your gorgeous self, your baby, a drink of water, change of clothes for your littlie (in case of "accidents") and your baby carrier.

Q What if I don't have a baby carrier?

Not to worry - I have spares in class and can lend you one for the class. We also sell baby carriers at a heavily reduced price so we can hook you up with one too should you like one.

Q What if I can't do some of the moves?

Your qualified trainer will find an alternate position/move for you to ensure we keep you safe and enjoying the class!
