Gone are the days of soaking nappies in buckets. After dumping any solids into the toilet, wash all nappies on a short cycle, then store in a dry pail (basket with good air flow) for 2-3 days until you have enough to fill your machine 3/4. Wash nappies at max 60deg with the correct amount of detergent for heavy soiling. You can add small items such as babies clothes to the main wash to ensure the machine is full enough.
