Nicole is an experienced Occupational Therapist who offers gentle, evidence-based support for families experiencing challenges with infant sleep and unsettled behaviour, using the Possums Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC) approach. Grounded in research and responsive care, the NDC approach helps parents understand their baby’s natural sleep patterns and needs. Nicole works collaboratively with families to explore practical strategies that align with their baby’s unique biology and their own values. The approach does not involve sleep training methods.
Nicole has been an Occupational Therapist for over 15 years, providing support to children and their families. She is an accredited practitioner in the Possums NDC approach.
