Specialising in women’s pelvic health throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

I offer gentle, hands-on internal pelvic release and soft tissue work to support your body’s natural ability to find balance, ease, and comfort.

Services include:
• Birth preparation and pelvic softening
• Pregnancy discomfort relief
• Support for breech or malpositioned babies
• Postpartum healing and scar release (caesarean and perineal)
• Postpartum Mayan abdominal massage
• Pelvic pain, prolapse, and bladder or bowel concerns

Drawing on pelvic anatomy, soft tissue release, nervous system awareness, and traditional midwifery practices, this work goes beyond the physical to support the whole person. Sessions are held in a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered.

Q When should I attend a birth preparation session?

Two sessions are ideal during pregnancy. 28-32 weeks: The first session includes anatomy education, exercises and tools for pregnancy and labour, plus internal and external bodywork. This can be a partnered session. 36-37 weeks: support for baby's position, belly fascial release, internal release and nervous system work to prepare for birth.

Q When should I attend a postpartum session?

The earliest timing for an internal pelvic release session would be 8-12 weeks postpartum, or when your internal space and/or caesarean scar feel comfortable to be touched. Mayan abdominal massage is external only and is a supportive and nurturing massage for relaxation, womb alignment and nervous system support. This can be done gently within the first few weeks of birth, or when a caesarean scar is comfortable to be touched.

Q Do you work outside of pregnancy and postpartum?

Yes! Internal pelvic release work is highly supportive for many pelvic and abdominal issues. It's purpose is to facilitate connection to the body, release tension and improve circulation, hormonal flow and balance in the tissues. This can be helpful for people living with endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain, menstrual challenges or digestive issues. Internal and abdominal work can support fertility journeys by softening tension and increasing blood flow to the womb and ovaries.
